The difficult business environment also provides a prime growth opportunity for our human resources, which are the greatest asset to drive the future growth of Toyota Tsusho, of which we are successfully implement the importance of ‘Diversity and Inclusion’ among TTC Group companies in Asia Pacific.

Toyota Tsusho Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd’s wide range of business allows itself to grow existing business through continuous improvement (KAIZEN) and new business development. To succeed in our mission, we transform our business portfolio into combination of trading and return on investment which align to our Core Competencies, its sound business processes, knowledge in supply chain management, thorough corporate governance, diversified talents from region along with its strategic location as RHQ in Singapore which major clients, vendors, business partners HQ’s are situated. Toyotsu Way will be our underlying corporate philosophy that drives our Core Competencies together with continuous improvements and adjacency strategy approach to identify potential opportunities, and also continue to challenge Cross Divisional new business development.
